This is a fun, engaging talk about your gut microbiome and its connection to YOU! I have customized this talk for a variety of groups including corporate groups, wellness practitioners, and peer groups.
Microbiome Madness
This workshop for nutritional practitioners will be divided into four parts:
A Microbiome Model: How do you talk to your client about dysbiosis or leaky gut when they don't have digestion symptoms? A model will be demonstrated to provide a framework for having this discussion with clients.
Mapping Your Microbiome: Learn how to go into your client's history from conception to present day to figure out contributing factors to gut dysbiosis.
The Heavy Metal-Methylation-Microbiome Connection: A detailed look into what methylation is and how heavy metal toxicity, poor methylation and gut dysbiosis are all interconnected, and what health conditions we see this pattern emerge in.
Microbiota-Gut-Brain Axis: What is going on in the microbiome that affects the brain, how are they communicating with one another, and a look at the emerging patterns in the research literature.
Beyond Whole Foods - Specialized Dietary Protocols
What do you do when a client comes to you and they are already eating a clean, whole foods diet? This workshop will introduce you to specific protocols that can enhance and expand your knowledge, and that every nutritional consultant should be familiar with.

“Last week, we asked Tracey to present at our monthly meeting for alternative medicine. Not only did she deliver a great presentation about gut health, she was able to tie it all together relating it to various conditions such as joint and muscular dysfunctions, low back pain, and chronic pain. It is a significant tool for manual practitioners who aren’t traditionally taught correction of these problems through means of better nutrition. The presentation was so good we were pulling our families into the room, just to hear all the great information we were learning.
